Security Ministry Overview

Mission Statement:
"The Security Team at CBC exists to help people know, love, and serve Jesus Christ better by providing a safe place for them to worship and fellowship together."

Security Team Members:
1. Must be a member of CBC
2. Must be at least 21 years old
3. Must complete a background check (free of charge)
4. Must read the Security Team handbook (linked below)

Security Team Shifts:
Life Group: Sunday mornings 8:45-9:55am
Worship Team: Sunday mornings 9:50-11:50am
Wednesday Night: Wednesdays 6:45-8:40pm
Special Services as needed
(You will be rotated through these different shifts as your schedule allows)

Staffing Services:
1. Sunday services will be staffed by 2 team members. Wednesday night will be staffed by 1 member.
2. One member will monitor security cameras in the sound booth at all times. He will be in radio contact with the other member.
3. The other member will have a radio with ear-piece and will patrol the hallways before and after a service. During the service, this member will be in the service/class and remain available if needed.

-Team members will respond to or assist in any emergency during a service. These procedures are detailed in the handbook.

-Once placed on the Security Team, the Team Director will provide the necessary training to ensure you understand your responsibilities.
